My secret for being lean and healthy: no sodas and I trained my stomach to not overeat each meal. I sometimes skip snacks in between meals, just drink water. Not into sweets and fastfoods (Occ yes 😊)

There is no easy way. To actually make change you need to dedicate yourself, change that week into a year and that year into a decade. Go to the gym and do hard work, it’s the only way. And just know to not give up, because you are the universe. You can do anything you desire. So stay strong 💪

Too complicated.

If you're craving sweets, eat a fruit
If you're craving something salty and crunchy (like chips/crackers), eat a pickle
If you're hungry but don't know for what, eat meat.
When in doubt, eat meat lol

Vegans/Vegetarians, you're on your own.
