Stretch 1: with the hand is it better to have your palm facing you or the back of your hand facing you?

Stretch 3: is it better to do McKenzie ones or just do it in one go?

Honestly never thought of lat flexibility as a factor for rounded shoulders and overhead flexibility. Here's to more hanging around!🙌

I count the knee clicks on the way down and back up.
Then try to beat your previous number

While I totally am on board with hanging. It's SOP for most shoulder injuries for PT now... We can't say "We're descended from apes, and they hang all day. So we should". One... we're not descended from apes. We have a common ancestor. Two... our shoulders are completely different. No matter how well trained, apes can't throw for crap. And no matter how well trained, people can't swing around like a chimp without destroying their shoulders.

My job is so physically demanding that I can feel any remnants of flexibility being drained from my body. I'm 100% sure I'm the only person who can squat there at least lmao
