Okay. It's been just over two years since I've been practicing with you now... and yesterday I went to the gym and decided to see how powerful my muscles and core are compared to before. I benchpressed 275 for 8 reps clean and dumb bell pressed 115pnd dumbells for incline press for 6 reps. This is the kind of power I only used to dream about. Yoga. It's the way.

I have a lifting background and yet this is pretty challenging. Had to pause occasionally. I really admire your strength and endurance, absolute beast!

I've been doing this class for quite a while now and it always cracks me up when at 21:39 he says "try to move nice and controlled" - that's when I'm shaking and moving exactly in the opposite way hahaha

Hi, I really like your videos, especially this one. Though I still can't do 100% of this class, I do see some improvement in my strenght and flexibilty through your videos. Recently I finished the Yoga-Ignite challenge and really enjoyed it. Could you maybe tell us/me something about your eating-habits? My goal is to do Yoga on a daily basis, so I was wondering, what, when and how much to eat, to keep the body strong and energized through the day but not feel stuffed. Greetz from Hamburg :)

I'm trying to complete my rugby training with your yoga videos. It's very challenging, but amazing !! As a girl I'm unfortunately not very used to focus on my upper body strength, thought it feels so good ! I love you work guys, thanks a lot !

You're too strong Flo! I have to get stronger... I did about 93% of the workout and had to modify some segments. In a year from now, I hope to do this one at 100%
