3 months and i've seen progression. Guys keep in mind dont over think and lie to yourself. everthing come slow but it will be worth it. Be patients and never give up.

I’m 61 and had a partial knee replacement on 8/3/23 and have been looking for, under the circumstances, suitable workouts to do, I like doing Midas workouts because of his instructional technique, longer rest periods and, when I can, using the bench instead of standing.Big respect from UK.

Started watching about 2-3 months ago. Love the videos.
I’m seeing progress even if just a little. I don’t have the time during the week to hit the gym so just been working out from home with dumbbells and resistance bands. But your videos give me the guidance I need. Keep ‘em coming!

i love how the most replayed part is after the warm up! dont forget to warm up people to avoid injuries. Working out is a marathon not a sprint

Love your workouts Midas and have been following since August of 2023 getting 2-3 workouts/week. Kicking things in hiugh gear for 2024 to 5-6/week but have seen great definition in arms and chest, even lost some inches in my middle section. I am 46 so fighting my age right now and also need to balance some nutrition in there, but as others have said, GREAT VIDEOS. Love the easy to follow instructions with built in rest periods. Keep up the great work!!!

I'm so proud that after following only his workouts (no gym), I can easily do that entire set and I've actually progressed into using heavier weights. I started with 5kgs and worked my way up to 10. Trying to hit 12 by the end of the month.

As of yesturday I worked on the chest workout without the bench and I must say that it works! As of yesturday I have your videos specifically as my workout coach. I workout at the same time watching your video that way I don't cheat and just follow along. Keep up the good work COACH! I have your videos saved in my browser folder of all your workout videos with 10lbs dumbells. I don't have a bench yet but, soon I will!

This is intense yo... I love the art pieces I always learn n take a hint of for free.. this has helped me a lot to build a great body shape and muscles steadily... I started with light weights and knowing that Rome was not built in one day, I mastered a art pieces and gradually started to increase weights.. I couldnt believe it.. thank you bro. Hey I'm 48 years old. I like these workouts they look effective, I'm a heavyweight so reps are key. I this will help me maintain and shape my body. Appreciate you bruh!!

This feels like a pretty good workout. I did it for the first time today. I only have 5 pound dumbbells so I decided to only do the 1 minute rest between round one and round two. I would use heavier weights but I don't have anything.
