25 minute Complete Upper Body Workout with Dumbbells

This is a total and complete upper body workout! We target everything from the biceps, triceps, chest, back, and shoulders! This workout is structured to help you increase your muscular strength and definition. It also allows us to work on each muscle group more than once to really build!

Below you will find the exercise list so you can prepare your dumbbell weight accordingly! Remember to go heavy! Picking a challenging weight for you is what will really help you increase your muscular strength, not just endurance! Our goal with the strength sessions is to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat to make everyday life tasks easier! For women, strength training with a heavy weight will not cause your muscles to be big and bulky, it will give you a lean and defined look! This cannot be done by doing cardio ONLY, strength training is big deal in a well-rounded fitness regimen!

I'm using 5kg, 7.5kg, & 10kg.

- REVERSE GRIP ROW
- SIDE LATERAL RAISE
- REAR DELT FLYES
- TRICEP OVERHEAD EXTENSIONS
- BICEP CURLS

ROUND 2
- SINGLE ARM ROW
- SWITCH SIDES
- CLOSE GRIP CHEST PRESS
- PUSH UPS
- CLOSE GRIP SHOULDER PRESS
- ALTERNATING CROSS BODY CURLS

My arms are shaking so badly! That was an incredible burn and I loved it! Thank you for the reminders to go full range of motion! On several of the exercises I needed to lower my weights so that I could keep proper form!
