Bro, this is really cool, a lot of movements that are more common in functional/crossfit or even weightlfting, but did in a different aproach, instead of keepping the momentum, you're keepping the "static" control.

Only one observation, maybe the thrusters would be better if the elbows were higher.

Do not underestimate the thrusters....that will eat up a lot of energy. Load the bar light for the AMRAP. It will be the longest 15 minutes of your life lol

Is it supposed to be 10 clean and press, 10 thrusters and 10 alt lunges? Or 3 of each like on the video ?

Am I doing 10 reps for each exercise then resting for rounds. Or am I doing 10 reps resting for sets ?
