DAY 4 of our 5-Day Ab Challenge: 7-Minute Standing Weighted Abs Circuit 💪 This no repeats 7-minute ab circuit will shape and define your core, all from a standing position.

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Set of Dumbbells.
I recommend 5-15 lbs depending on your fitness level. We're using 15 lbs in this workout video.

I liked this a lot, and I think keeping my DB to 10# helped me to engage the abs more rather than to have arm strength involved.
