I loved having the ab challenge everyday! I will be repeating this all summer long! Also, I love a one dumbbell workout for all the muscle groups. I feel I can work on my progressive overload and lift heavy!!

I loved this workout. I would love to see a full body isometric hold only workout. For example, holding lunges or half push-ups or bicep curls.

I absolutely love this series - on any given day, I will pick three of the videos and do them. It’s less than a half an hour. The variety keeps me interested. If I’m running short on time, I’ll repeat one video. Please consider doing more of these seven minute workouts, focusing on a body part.
