Soooo let me explain :D I originally wanted to create a basic Beginner cardio with 30s timers. Then I matched the moves the music and suddenly it was so much fun, it turned into a „Happy Cardio“ video that I LOVE doing (although I’m not a Beginner). But sometimes you wanna go easier, no matter which level you’re in - right?

▸ basic cardio, but more fun
▸ easy to follow, nothing complicated

▸ no burpees, minimal jumps
▸ (almost) 100% neighbour friendly

Apart form the good mood & I can also guarantee a serious number of burned calories here.

▸ I burned 80kcal in those 10min.
Depending on your height, weight and fitness level this might vary between 70-130kcal.

I was trying to do another workout, and it was way too hard, I did this one and no other workouts for 3 days and I went back to the other workout, I completed it with ease. Thank you so much Pamela! I will continue to do this workout and give updates on my fitness journey!

even at an advanced level this is still super fun, i will

As a medium to expert level this is the perfect warm-up routine. I do it before I start with weighted workouts because it doesn‘t exhaust me, but still prepares every muscle. Plus the music is perfection, Pam‘s smile highly motivating and the one minute hold in the end is gold. Love. Love. Love.

I’ve been trying to get into Zumba but it’s too hard for me to follow along and ends up not a great workout due to that. This is a great compromise for me, very dancey and intense but not over complicated! Thank you so much Pamela!

As an intermediate I didn't find this workout too difficult. Instead it gave me a good sweat without being exhausted afterwards!
Yet I have to say that when I was a beginner, this title would really demotivate me cause I couldn't work out for 5 min without a break given, I was that unfit. (and taking additional breaks made me feel weak). So if you are a total beginner like I was, maybe consider doing a workout that's really meant for beginners :)
