This one is A-MAZING! No jump, no running, yet it is challenging and perfect for strengthening. My muscles worked in a very intentional way with this video, and the pace kept my heart steady but not bored 😂 Love it ❤💖🫶🏻

don't let yourself get fooled... just because it says no jumping, IT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS EASY!!!! I don't even know why I don't know better after so many years of training with Pam...:D I always fall for the title, start overconfident and then wonder at the end why I'm sweating so much or why my heartbeat is through the roof. it's PERFECT for switching it up or doing it on a "no cardio day" when you don't wanna dance around. thank you for all your effort Pam and of course, Mama Reif!🥰🤍

You had me at "No Jumping" 😆 I'm in my 40's and sometimes my joints are not in the mood to jump around but I still crave a sweaty cardio routine. This was the perfect balance of challenging and doable for all levels and stages of life. More like this please 💗

Love everything about this one: The music 🎶, the palms 🌴, the golden hour light 🌅, your beauty 🫶🏼😍 and of course the workout. It is not so hard that you feel dead in the end. In combination with your other harder workouts this is a nice switch! Training with you since over 3, 5 years and it never get‘s boring ♥️🫶🏼

I ve been doing your workouts since the pandemic started for almost 1 year… then took a break and I gave birth 5 months ago. I ve been getting back into working out since 2 months ago and I am now at my pre birth weight and body (looking maybe a bit more toned) ❤️ thank you so much for everything you re doing for us

I started working out with u about 3 years ago, lost 35 pounds when all said and done. Have been working on toning now, you’ve got the best videos out there! I’m only 35 and looking to have knee replacements sooner than later but I’m still able to workout and see results thanks to your low impact videos! Keep them coming please! Hahaha❤

Hi Pam,
I have to say it was the first workout where I didn't sweat. Out of breath as always, of course, but I missed sweating :) I'm still happy that you're doing workouts without jumping, since I'm not allowed to do that at the moment since it's only been 4 months since my cruciate ligament surgery. keep it up❤
