Say hi to Vol. 2 of our "Happy Sweat" Workout!!!

I know HIIT and Cardio is a love-hate relation ship for most of us. This video is for sure intense - but I find it sooooo much more fun than a regular way of doing Cardio! I don't notice that I'm out of breath until the end.
The moves are more "classic" than the ones of a dance workout, easier to follow & definitely more high energy from start till finish. I hope you enjoy it!

It is so weird that i was sad that the workout was already done. This workout really helped brighten my mood. 😍

I did the whole workout without stopping!!!! I even did the claps and flying kiss in the end lol!! And the best thing was I wasn't even gasping for air like I used to... Yes my heart rate was increased but I loved doing itt!!!

Whoever is reading this, don't lose hope, keep working out, do them to get fit, you will get results with time but the feeling of doing a workout effortlessly will make you feel so happyy!!!

Fun fact : I was on my day 2 of periods when I did this
