Siempre he practicado ejercicio .(gimnasio . natación, camino bastante).. Desde hace un año me detectaron una contractura cervical..y un desgaste en las cervicales, las cuales tengo rectas y tengo k acudir con frecuencia al fisio....Ahora mismo ejercicios.estan algo limitados...Hace un tiempo k sigo algunos de estos ejercicios..Me parecen geniales!👍🏼..Los que puedo hacer ..son de pie..pero me gustaría ..K trabajase sobre todo vientre, cintura, glúteos.y piernas .. fortalecer...Un saludo desde Canarias🇮🇨🙋🏻‍♀️👋🏼👍🏼
