Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our whole body! We will rock 7 rounds 4 minute AMRAPs! Within each 4 minute period you will complete 7 reps of 3 different exercises as many times as you can in that 4 minute period. I used my 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium range and let's do this!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. 1. Lateral Slides, single leg deadlifts, shoulder press
2. Glute bridges, mountain climbers, chest press
3. Plie squats, high rows, lateral kicks
4. Curtsy lunges, tricep extension, donkey kicks
5. wide deadlifts to high pull, bicep curls, high knees
6. side plank crossover (l), (r), heel clicks
7. full extension crunch, straight leg jackknife, broad jumps

An ode to today's AMRAP:

AMRAP workouts are a blast
Before you know it the time has passed
I’ve been given early Christmas gifts
With every squat, curl, and deadlift

Jump rope, high knees, and heel clicks
Mountain climbers, donkey kicks
Planks and presses, tricep extensions
Finishing strong is my intention

I realize there might be objections
From those who don’t share my AMRAP affection
But on one thing we can all agree
That we all are so blessed by Sydney

She’s always here, always behind us
And always the first one to remind us
No matter how hard the workout may seem
We start and finish as a team

Honestly so proud of myself today I sat in bed this morning trying to talk myself out of getting up and working out because I was “on “too tired “but I got up and did it anyways!!

I absolutely LOVE knowing that there was 2K people working out at the same time as me. The views went from 5K to 7K while I completed the workout. PLUS the 10 min tabata turn up!!! Let’s go squad!
