I always do the low lunge and half split before actually going into my splits, it makes all the difference between hovering just above the ground and actually getting into my splits. Thanks for the stretches :)

i remember when i was a kid i did the lunging quad stretch on both legs and i heard a VERY loud crack ( on both ) and to this day lunging quad stretch is the easiest stretch for me

You should make a fitness app. Kinda like the journel you made, but on an app. You should put tutorials and exercising videos(even if for videos we would need to pay for a subscription). I would totally get the app!

When warming up in gymnastics we do all of these except for the straddle circles before we do splits
