Thank you for this! I’m very heavy and I suffer from chronic dizziness and have a hard time getting off the floor so this is perfect after my standing exercise. Thanks again.

I am so glad you've thought of doing all these standing exercises that can be done in a small space, quietly and without a mat. Sometimes people don't have enough space for jumping around, or have neighbours below, or are somewhere with a hard/dirty floor that they can't workout on. Thank God someone has though of catering for people in dorms/hotels/studio apartments who are limited but still want to workout. Thank you!!

I just finished doing this stretch, and I LOVE it! My body feels so relaxed and calm and stress-free. Next time, I'm going to follow Peanut, lol.

Perfect. I'm 5 months post partum my 3rd c section nursing mom! This was gentle enough not to hurt but effective enough to loosen tight muscles! Feeling nicely open!

this was perfect !!! i’ve been in the hospital with my husband for a week, and i needed to stretch without being on the floor - sleeping in the hospital recliner is doing a number on my body and this helped a lot ... now i want one a little bit longer, i liked the peace it brought and my quiet time while i snuck off to the restroom to do this video 🤫.

Thanks Jessica, l am from England l been doing your workouts on here for 3 years, everyday except Sunday my day off, l used to be British size 18 in clothing which is really like big, l am now a skinny size 10!lost so much l didn't do any dieting just workouts, and l lost my weight
