0:18 ***leaning forward to get a better *stretch* on the hamstrings. You’re pulling the insertion away from the origin by leaning forward creating a bigger stretch. It feels like a bigger contraction because the muscle fibres are pulling from a more compromised position.

Great tips bro. But I don't really understand why you said to lean forward on the leg curl for better contraction when it actually stretches the muscles more

you don't actually need to do a full ROM for calf raises. in fact, it's just a waste of time. doing lengthened partials (only repping the stretched part of the lift) has shown to double calf growth

Can I ask, Romanian dead lift, does that also train the lower back? If not, can someone please name a exercise that trains the lower back if the gym hasn’t a machine for “back lifts” I don’t know if back lifts is the correct name for it I just direct translated it from Swedish. And on the standing calf extensions, I notice you has not any shoes on, is it better without shoes?
