I haven’t been “gyming” all that hard, but after surviving cancer in my inner right thigh, all I’ve wanted to do was to have my own ‘bakery’ (cough). Unfortunately I have to work against the chemotherapy, which manipulated my whole right leg to grow MUCH slower… I’m bummed out by it, but EVEN SO, I’m gonna train. If I see little growth, that’s enough for me. Thanks big bro, Jesus loves you

What Does Tempo Mean? Essentially, 'tempo' in weight training refers to the speed that you lift the weight (the concentric phase of movement) and how quickly you lower the weight (the eccentric phase of movement).

This is a great workout I do it most of the time but will try it with the exact sets and reps you instructed in the video.., sick legs as well they are really showing more and more as ur getting leaner!

This is the first leg workout I seen without squats…and by the looks of it I can see it works. I was doing some thinking to myself earlier about replacing squats with leg press considering that they’re both compound movements.
