*Use Progressive Overload - Increase weights or rep count each new set

Quick tip from experience.

If you want to lose weight naturally like 1 kg of fat per month even without any exercise

Do this .

1- cut the sugar “ any thing that contains “Manufactured sugar”
2- cut the “ processed foods and the Vegetable oil of any kind. Only use olive oil”organic “
3- use natural salt it’s called Rocksalt or Himalayas salt
4- try to eat less white bread instead use the brown bread or the Italian bread the thing is it should be not Genetically modified flour .

If you do that besides some cardio and resistance exercises in less than one month you’ll see a different person in the mirror
