Lunges give a lot of thickness to hamstrings and glutes. The further apart you spread your legs during a lunge the more it hits your hamstring. the closer you have them the harder hit your glutes.

May I ask for advice? I was doing the kind of goblet squat you were doing here and I always feel it in my lower back instead of my legs that's why I stopped doing it. What could I be doing wrong?
