My brothers, as a gymbro myself to another squats are the most effective leg work out. There are many variations of it just like push up. So if one squat doesn't work out for you there's always another. Have a good workout bros 💪

here's my leg routine

Hack Squats
Leg Presses
Leg Extensions
Calf Raises at the end

yeah, I skip on the leg curls/romanian dead lifts, if u wanna do them u shud though
I think the routine is OK, just take it slow and progressively add more weight to them

● there is no secret exercise, you should stick to the basics like squats if you like them, just eat well, sleep well, work hard and be consistent
and remember to have a good form, check that out first before anything

Only do the last set of workouts to failure, it’ll just cause muscular fatigue and effect ur next sets if u do it every set

Beginners dont need 3 to 4 sets of all those exercises. Jordan Peters has an excellent template for beginners, which is full body. Starting Strength is a good place to start too.

I love this workout but I do this routine backwards beginning with calves and ending with the hacksaw squat..
