Before I even watch, hear this. My husband, son and I started your chair abs and love handle abs on Tuesday. I do it (one or the other or both) twice a day. Today is Saturday. I showed my husband the beginning formation of my abs. Thank you so much. Now, I’ll watch the video.🙂🙏🏾
