trong 15 ngày tớ giảm được 6cm bụng tớ dáng người khá cân đối chỉ là bụng nhiều mỡ nên kh lo vấn đề cân nặng. mn tập luyện cố gắng ăn theo 80% chế độ eat clean 20% sở thích tập thêm bài cadio mỗi ngày sẽ giảm nhanh hơn ai đang tập bài này mà đọc được thì cố gắng lên để có dáng người như ý nhớ iu iu

I started my sports adventure in February thanks to this video. With a healthy diet and enough exercise, I lost approximately 25 kilos in 8 months. Before, I had no courage or strength to try to lose weight and do sports, but this cute girl and her videos somehow gave me strength, so everything is thanks to her! Going to do this everyday
Start Weight: 136.2 lbs
Waist: 30.5 in
Day 1: ✅ Felt a good burn, did this along with 20/20 strength train + cycling
Day 2: ✅ Really felt my love handles today! Was active outside, ate not as well but I’m going to stay consistent 💪
Day 3: ✅ Good burn & mood booster, felt deep abs today
Day 4: ✅ Broke a sweat and felt great difficulties but persevered! Consistency is key
Day 5: ✅ Had a hard time with the first 3 but the rest was a breeze!
Day 6: ✅ Wow! I’ve seen such a huge difference in my ab strength, today was really easy! 😁

Day 12: ✅ I’ve been doing this but forgetting to update! The exercises have become really easy and my abs have become stronger.

Today is the last day of this exercise and yeahh i loose fat not weight 😂 so my current weight is 59kg but i know I didn't change my diet that's why I haven't lost weight but yeah I can see my body is now in shape .... I can see that lil abs line bcoz I had so much fat on my belly and thighs ....my family is saying that I look thin 😅😅

But now I understand that it's not just about weight loss it's all about being in healthy weight with muscle💪 😊
In this 28days journey I gone through alot like I don't wanna do exercise daily but i have to fight with myself that no get up and do your stress I eat too much that's why next day I regret that WHY CAN'T YOU JUST CONTROL YOURSELF so yeah I didn't loose weight only bcuz of my mistakes and not having self discipline so



From now on I'm AGAIN starting this exercise so wish me luck guys 😊😊

Doing this workout for 2 weeks or more!

Day 1: Today was kind of easy and not that hard I have been drinking a lot of water and I will start eating less and eating more salads and fruits and protein! (I am doing this workout with other workouts too!) ✅

Day 2: I was sore today, but I still did it! (I really don’t know what else to put but I will start Putting check marks that I did it) ✅

Day 3: ✅ (My legs were really sore😭)

Day 4: ✅

Day 5: ✅ I see a little bit of change I see that my waist got a little bit smaller, and my stomach is flatter!

Update: Hi guys it been a while since I updated! I am sharing the results I got my stomach got flatter and I lost a lot of weight. I stopped doing these workouts for a while because some stuff was happening so I was burned out and tried, but I am doing these exercises again and this time I’m doing it everyday with excitement! I will update in a few weeks or maybe in a month! Note:If you are doing this exercise your not alone don’t give up!

Kesinlikle işe yarıyor. 23 şubatta başlamıştım, bu programı sabah ve akşam olmak üzere günde 2 defa tekrar ediyorum. Sadece 5 günde belim 2cm inceldi, ayrıca göbeğimden 5 cm kaybettim. Herhangi bir diyet uygulamıyorum, sadece her gün mutlaka en az 10 bardak su içiyorum. Ayrıca spordan sonra protein almaya çalışıyorum ki kaslarımda erime olmasın. Onun dışında günlük beslenmem her zamanki gibi. Aşırıya kaçmadan yiyorum tabii. Kilom da ise herhangi bir değişiklik yok (kilom boyuma göre ideal denilebilir). Sadece gram farkı var ve bildiğim kadarıyla bu iyi bir gelişme. Kastan değilde yağdan kaybettiğimi gösteriyor. Motivasyonunuzu kaybetmeyin ve en az 2 hafta devam edin. Sonuçlarına kesinlikle değecek.

Finally I am starting to do this exercise. I prefer write my exercise here, because I'm too lazy and I think it'll help me. I think I'm 56 or 57 kg and my goal is 50 kg. So wish me luck guys 🎀

doing this along with other workouts because im tired of myself

Day 1: It was hard, because I don’t have any mats. At some points I wanted to give up because my muscles felt so weak, but I had to push on and not give up. I was begging myself to stop, because I’m not a typically strong person, but it’s okay. Some parts were easier than others, which gave me the break I needed.
Day 2: Tiring, worse, horrible. But same as Day 1, I want to improve myself for the better. I felt really negative the whole day and the hard parts demolished me, but it's okay. I'll be back tomorrow and hopefully happy to continue. My stomach does have pain, so I assume it's working.
Day 3: I saw RESULTS already… I’m already okay, but sometimes I think I can do better than how I am right now and I’m willing to put myself to change for the better. I saw my reflection look unreal, I began looking like what I want to see, but despite having prominent results, that’s not stopping me. I have to maintain it, even if it still pains me. I have to overload anyways if I want to get stronger and better. I feel motivated by this and by the replies too. The pain stopped because I worked out, so those waste-like acids probably broke away (the only thing I remember from biology). I’ll push through the pain. It doesn’t hurt that bad I guess, it’ll be better the more I go.
Day 4: I actually felt myself being able to do this easier and I could follow along better. Maybe I just needed to get accustomed to the routine and workouts first. It was still harder at some points, but it wasn't as dreading as the previous day. I don't have much to journal today. I don't feel pessimistic nor ill, so that's good! The results are staying too, thankfully!
I didn’t update because I overall forgot too, but don’t worry, I’ve been keeping up with the days!
Day 5: My legs were still a bit shaky, but I’m overall continuing to keep up with this and I’m taking far less breaks compared to the first day. There’s nothing else to comment about this, but I feel more optimistic about continuing.
Day 6: I’ve felt an urge to continue as I’m just loving the results, I’m glad that this is actually helping. As days go by, this has been getting far easier and today I only took one break to catch my breath! Which is pretty good considering that I’m not that athletic and was dying on the first day, this means there’s definitely progress for me and I’m glad about that. For once, things are looking for the bright side, and these have gotten to the point where I can actually sort of relaxing even if I’m in the middle of the workout since I gotten used to it surprisingly fast.
Day 7: Same as the previous day, but absolutely better. I’m not gonna say much since it’s like Day 6, but it’s worth noting I took no breaks today and went to do it for a second time in a day. I never knew I was able to improve like this.

I haven’t edited this in God knows how long… *But all of these work so well*

For the first couple of days I only did another separate workout and still got amazing results, but after adding in another one I felt even better honestly
Stuff has got pretty tiring at points, but I swear to you I’ve been keeping up, I just haven’t been editing this comment 😭

*But like… I’m going to edit this again… Since it’s been 28 days and I have to restart this workout streak!!*

Hola, llevo aproximadamente 2 semanas haciendo esta rutina junto con la de plank de 3 minutos y he visto muy buenos resultados. Todavía no llego a mi meta pero vamos bien.
No hice una gran dieta, intenté comer mis tres comidas al día (con atracones de por medio, lo siento) y tomar mucha agua.
No solo me ayudó a bajar un poco de peso, si no que me ayudó a mejorar mi resistencia. Siento mi cuerpo más fuerte y firme. Estoy realmente feliz.
Ustedes pueden, lo van a lograr.

Finally starting to do this exercise!
Day 1:✅Had to take breaks and felt a burn in my stomach🔥
Day 2:✅Was a LOT harder than day 1
Day 3:✅ Still have to pause to take short breaks, but I can see a difference already!

Day 1 I felt the burn and im sweating and for me it was kinda easy and remember never to give up!

Day 2 it was easier and I was sweating alot again

Day 3 I forgot to tell but its was so so so much easier

Day 5 IM NOT EVEN JOKING I GOT ALREADY RESULTS OMGGG. When I did it today it was kinda the same like the first Day kinda hard but not too much and I was sweating again

Day6 I was sweating again and I felt kinda more strong and it was now easier than before

Day7 it was so so so much easier and I wasent sweating alot this time

Day8 I forgot to update yesterday but it was good it was easier and I was sweating a bit

10day I was sweating alot today too some procces made already

Day 11 I didnt do it bc I was tired from the all the tests at school and I needed to read for the tests

Day12 I was sweating so much that even the floor was slippery but it was easier than before!

14 it was easier and I was sweating ALOT and I see some results already😊

This is July 1
And this is my first day of doing this
I'm gonna do this workout for 30 days
Hope I'll see some results!

My starting weight: 65 kg
Waist line : 33 inches
Bellybutton line : 31 inches
Upper belly line : 30.5 inches

July 2 day 2: ✅
July 3 day 3: ❌ I didn't do it!
But i did a lots of stretches & cool down workouts!
And a quick update
My upper belly is now : 29 inches
Waist line & bellybutton area is the same as before!

And shockingly my height increases up to 1.5 inches

It won't work if you don't do this with a strict diet plan

I'm not going to do this anymore 😞😭
