What a good, basic short workout--I like the way you keep emphasizing that there only needs to be a small range of motion to be effective--a great beginner workout.

This is the best basic pilates mat worlout I have ever done! I didnt get to finish the entire video (had to get ready for work) but will definitely finish this tonight. Great instructions and easy to follow too Thank you for posting this!

Glad there is no music! Great, simple instruction. Clear and easy to understand. Music on videos interferes with my ability to hear the instruction, so I appreciate not having it.

Yes it was awesome, but I wish you had touched more on the breathing technique. When I do my basic mat it helps to have someone reminding you to breath. Otherwise thanks!
