Welcome to Level Up Series: where we will be doing a mix of cardio and toning workouts that can be done on everyone! :)

Today, we are focusing on arms! Making them toned and lean with this 7 minute, extreme arm workout. You will not be breaking during this workout, and no equipment is needed! So follow along and keep those arms up!

THIS WORKOUT HAS BEEN A REAL LIFESAVER. I've been really struggling with my flabby/fat arms which caused me to be really insecure and wear long-sleeved shirts/blouses. However, ever since I started following this routine, I've noticed my arms become way more toned & overall slim. For the first time in YEARS, I've been able to wear a tank top without feeling self conscious or embarrassed. Thank you so much Holly!! <3

my flabby arms are one of my biggest insecurities, I've been doing this exercise for almost a month, and I can really see results, my arms become more slim omg😭my mom noticed it too fr.
I CAN NOW WEAR SLEEVELESS!!!😭😭❤️❤️ thank you so much Holly Dolke. this exercise is such a lifesaver, miss ma'am!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The longest 7 minutes of my life. Dropped my arms maybe 4-5 times, i guess it’s not so bad for a first timer.

Day 3 and I can finally do the whole thing without dropping my arms :) Getting easier and easier every day!!!!

I'm a disabled person and recently started Holly's 1000 steps in seven min as I needed to increase my fitness levels and can't go far. This has lead to me finding her other short exercise routines and I love them. Thank you for helping me enjoy exercising again

So I will do this for a week and update daily
So here goes my progress

Day 1: Completed✔ As it was without break so it really hurt and I had to take 4 breaks in between but the break was only 10 seconds long
Day 2:Completed✔ Today was also harder and I noticed that the faster we change the exercies the more it burns the last i couldn't really do it but I finally completed don't know whether it will help in losing arm fat or nor but it will definitely make my arm stronger ....Btw I took rest 5 times but only 3 seconds break....so yes

Day 3:Completed✔I only dropped my hands 2 times was really hard but yeah I (we)did it ...thankyou so much guys for motivation I m gonna have to complete it for you guys....
Day 4: I wasnt able to do this today I will do this 2 times tomorrow ...once in the morning and second in the evening
Day 5:Completed✔I did it for the first time for today and guess what???I didn't drop my hands...Yesss!!!I'm so hope I m able to do it for second time today second time this day....dropped my arms once
Day 6:Completed✔I dropped my hands once ....one day I dont really see any big difference in my arms so I think I might continue this for a week
Day 7: Completed✔Finalllly ...
One week done....dropped hands once
I feel my hands are a bit slimmer but I didnt measure so I will continue this for 1 more week and I will take measurements this time




Guys I had taken a break ....so I will start again today I promise and I will take measurements but not write them here but in the end of this week I will tell how much inches I lost!!!So hopefully I will start tomorrow and sorry for not updating from so long😔

So I lost one cm off my arms ...I only did it once ....so now I will do for another week

Start it and feel good about everything u can do it ...u are way better than those who are not doing anything ..we are lucky we have to exercise so that we dont only get active but also feel good that this is the rest for our hardwork donttt give up u can do anything u want

Been doing this for 2 weeks now and all I can say is it's really working!!! My arms are getting toned and my strength is incredible (like Hulk!) Lol. Thanks, Holly!❤

This was the 4th day of this workout and wow! I didn't even find it hard to keep my arms straight in the air for 8 thank you so much holly!

I saw pics of mine from a relative's weeding wearing a sleeveless dress and my jaw dropped seeing how huge my arms were looking, I used to adore her abs and legs workouts bcs they were so short yet so effective and now I have found another banger, i have done this workout 4-5 ish time in almost 2 weeks and i can LITREALLY see a difference JUST 4 FREAKING TIMES . I HIGHLY RECOMMED THIS WORKOUT ! DO NOT DROP THOSE HANDS GIRLIE ! YOU HAVE GOT THIS !!!!
