I've been looked for an arm workout! I’m hoping this stick to this for 2 weeks.
Measuremnt
Arm: 30cm
Weight: 65.7kg
Goal: 28cm and 64kg
Day 1: ✅ this one has a little kick to it, my arms were sore from the day before and it really come through today. I usually don’t like arm workout because their so painful but this one was bearable… i guess…
Day 2: ✅ wasn’t so bad but I woke up a bit late. Still sore, but going to keep going <33
Day 3: ✅ not too hard but my shoulder is quite sore from another workout
Day 4: ✅ I got a little impatient and measure and I'm at 27.94cm! My shoulder doesn't hurt anymore too!
Day 5: ✅ forgot to update
Day 6: ✅ done! pretty easy
Day 7: ✅ I may have discounted but WEEK 1 DONE 🎉
Arm: 26.6cm!
Weight: 65.3kg!

Day 8: ✅ done!
Day 9: ✅ my shoulders are dying-
Day 10: ✅ how it burned 😭
Day 11: ✅ I keep forgetting to updated

Day 14: ✅ we will be extending to 3 weeks! 🎉

Day 17: ✅ Kinda upset I woke up late but my arms look slimmer
Day 18: ✅ My arms are a bit sore
Day 19: ✅ my arms are looking slimmer
Day 20: ✅ I think I'm going to end the challenge at the 3-week mark
Day 21: ✅ WEEK 3 DONE! I really like this workout as it was short and simple, I am a bit tempted to extend it to 4 weeks but we’ll see tomorrow. Overall my results were pretty good my arms look much slimmer and I feel much more confident wearing short sleeves. I will be doing more arm workouts for the summer and you can find me on her new hourglass workout which I'll try today every day! I didn't follow any specific diet but I do kinda eat the same thing every day, I also only did the workout once but I dance a lot so that contributes. Overall I’d rate this a 10/10 because of the fast results and since it was a short workout I stay dedicated. Please if this isn't a sign to try this, I don't what is <33

I know I have not been consistent with this because I’m a student. I have been caught up doing so much homework. But this is working so well I’m so happy with the results. I know if I was more consistent the results would show faster but this really works!

Doing chloe ting 2 week shred challange along with this arm challange.... Will definitely try to be consistent throughout the two weeks.... (I gotta loose some excess for my sweet 16😭😭)

Starting today, i do another exercise for slim arms
Weight now:39.3
Day 1:✅did it twice İt didn't hurt as the other exercise and that's why i did twice
Results: for sure no results because its the first day
Day 2:✅ did it twice wasn't hard at all after every exercise it hurts but after the whole workout doesn't hurt

Day2: did it, was fine i guess, while doping it i saw my Arms in the mirror and dıd it twice because damn.

Day6:✔️ easy as always but didn’t feel much fat burning.
