4️⃣ Machine Hip Abduction 4x20

5️⃣ Cable Glute Kickbacks 4x20ea
↪️ Superset with Cable Split Squat 4x20ea

I’ve been training with you on Sweat since March (I’m on Build 4.0 now) and the results are just amazing, it’s the best program for me. Can’t wait for the challenge in 2 weeks. It helps to thrust forward as well as up. Play with the movement until you get that connection.
So good to hear Aussies.
On supersets are you aiming for twenty reps each? Ie a s-set of 40?
Without sounding sleazy, I think most people in the gym aren’t comfortable in their skin. I’ve always wondered about people who are almost perfect. I wonder about the motivation and the ‘can always be better’ aspect. Is that the same with you? Some body parts can be too big. How much is about maintenance?
