i will come back in a couple weeks if someone is seeing this like my comment so i can tell yall if i saw any progress whatsoever!
edit: i worked on one side (kinda uneven now but now that i know it works i'll even out😭) but i would say yes 100% these work if you but the time in effort in it (for the fact it was a week it made a pretty good difference!!)

Tip for everyone starting this for the first time: for the first excersise, do not lift your leg too high up, do it in a way thats almost linear to your body, if you lift it too much your glutes will stop working and the muscle on the top of it will start working (which will make the excersise useless since that muscle is small and wont make a difference only a terrible back pain)

For the second exercise dont bring your body frontwards ( sorry im terrible in english) in a way that makes you stick your stomach, the way to work the glutes is keeping the body straight and do the exersice while holding the glutes hard

I’m trying this so people don’t mistake my butt for paper edit: you guys I’ve been doing this for like three weeks I went from having a level zero gyat and now I have a level 1 gyat yo people still think my butt is paper. There’s probably lots of lead inside my butt now.

Starting it tomorrow

Day 1 nothing yet but sore
Day 2 it’s sore but I can see a slight difference
Day 3 not different just sore
I forgot to log day 4 so I am doing it now
Day 4 really sore not any different
Day 5 not sore ok I see a little difference 😜

Starting this nov 17 2024!! Along with another’s one
Week one day one
-very hard and made me sweat a lot and I did the squats with weights
Week 1 day two
-did this right before bed and fell asleep in 5 minutes but it hurt to sleep in certain positions

Day 1: ✅ easy and i look like paper lol
