How To BUILD Glutes While LOSING A LOT OF WEIGHT (You DON’T need to bulk for muscle)
“I am the highest weight I’ve ever been. I have the highest amount of fat on my body that I’ve had. Although I am big all over, my glutes are pretty flat right now. How can I BUILD my glutes while getting to a healthy weight?”. In many people's minds, losing a significant amount of body fat involves starving yourself and doing tons of cardio but this isn’t the most optimal way to do things.
Although it is difficult to build muscle in a calorie deficit, it can be done and is worth the effort because it will help you lose more fat anyways.
