Wow! My man! I am down 129 lbs thanks to content creators like you! I started off 350 pounds 6 foot one horrible physique very bad belly everything. Am down at 2:15 as of today. My physique is looking more more like yours. I cannot even believe it! I never thought I would be able to look like someone like you. Even though I have the skin, I still have a great physique underneath and I intend to get surgery. I felt more burn with this exercise than all the faulty hip extension and hip thrust I did today at gym. 😊

Your exercises are easy to do and so effective! If kids had these for PE, more would like PE and they'd teach their parents when they got home from school.
