I've added this exercise for about 1.5 months, and I can definitely see a difference. I've also been adding more weight and love how it feels.

I do this and I don’t kick my leg this high because if I did I would injure my bk so this isn’t reality but the technique she’s using definitely isolates this area of the glutes 👍

How about leg in front of standing leg?
I thought medius glutes work when it’s external rotation

Why does the right glute feel more activated when the left one is being lifted? What would cause this? In my case, my left hip flexor is a lot tighter, I am trying exercises to strengthen this and my left glute. When i do this exercise it activates my right glute and then when I switch to my left, even when my right is simply pillaring it feels activated. Can you help with activating the opposite glute?
