Are you on your feet all day? If so, this 30 minute yoga stretch will help your sore and tired legs.

This is suitable for all experience levels and props are optional. You can use one block and you can also position your mat near a wall for our final pose (legs up the wall).

If you have inflammation in your legs or struggle with swollen ankles and overall soreness, I think you will love this yoga class.

This felt SO GOOD! I worked at a standing job for two days in a row and then had to do a lot of walking around in the heat this morning. When I got home, my feet were in excruciating pain which radiated up into my legs all the way into my hips. I was in desperate need of this practice, and just 10 minutes in, the pain was gone and I felt wonderfully calm.

I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is experiencing foot pain or who has been standing/walking for several hours. I have flat feet so my feet are almost always tight or in pain, so this kind of practice is really essential for me.

Kassandra, I would love to see you make more practices like this one, maybe of varying lengths. A condensed version of this would be great because then I would be able to sneak it in when I get back from a long day at work.

Just did a 13-mile walk at weekend so this was a great practice to ease sore and tired muscles. Namaste xo

I really enjoyed this having spent 5 weeks decorating and renovating from 7am till gone 10pm (and later), with zero time for practise, in a bid to sell our home and move to cottage in the countryside. I actually felt as though I couldn't put my heels down, stiff with aching up the front of both feet and in my ankles, when I woke yesterday. This was absolutely perfect.
Thank you for keeping me motivated and keeping me healthy emotionally and physically. I've missed these practises so much.

Didn’t spend the day standing, but I had very sore legs from walking and lifting for yesterday workout. My sore muscles woke my up throughout the night and I finally woke up and did this practice, and it really helped! Thank you!

Oh this was wonderful! I am a middle school teacher and recovering this summer from the burnout of teaching during covid and loosing two colleagues(heart attack and suicide). It was a devastating year and my legs and feet are storing all of my emotions. I also just finished your 30 day morning and evening challenges.
