found your vids. Im 54, haven't trained for years. 9 weeks ago i had an mri scan revealing 4 damaged discs in my back. I wasn't able to walk or stand for 3 weeks due to the sciatic pain. With meds and physio, i started to get back on my feet. Now im following your 5 min work outs. The strength gains are helping support my spine more and more.
So glad i stumbled upon your channel 👊

Graat workout, its not only great for a beginner by
1.Conditioning your heart with no rest being involved
2.It challenges you to do just a LITTLE bit more than last workout
3.Its enough stress to get you some gains if you’re a newbie, but a great way to strengthen and keep you fit if you’re intermediate/advanced
4.All movements challenge the core but also muscles we neglect get hit like the supermans and glute bridges💯

for the plank ups you can modify to going one arm up at a time. its what I did, and still a good hard workout for people who cant do them normally

Such a great workout to start the day. I work a 12-14 hour shift and sometimes this about all I have time for. So I'll do this workout and the bedtime one. Keeping the diet in check and Something beats nothing!
