Exercises
1) Inchworm to Upwards Dog
2) Plank to Downwards Dog
3) Squat with Side Crunches
4) Groiners
5) Alternate Lunges

Interval: 5 Exercises - 50secs Workout - 10secs Rest
Sets: Complete 1 set to gently wake your body up or 2 sets for a deeper stretch.
Duration: 5 minutes (1 set)
Estimated Calorie Burned: 30 - 40Cals

I've been doing this for about 1 year now. The weeks that's I upkeep doing it in the morning I am so much more awake and happy. And it's perfect for a hectic work schedule like I have. I also live on the upper floor of an apartment and this is very convenient for making little noise.

The long hours of work everyday has made hate mornings. This video made me excited for tomorrow. I will definitely try this! Thanks for all of your videos. Their not BS, it's the real thing. Before, I used to always go back and forth to eating vigorously to not eating at all. I used to think that NOT EATING AT ALL is the FASTEST and most effective way to lose weight. Hell, it has never been effective because I always go back to eating vigorously because I feel deprived.Your videos made me switch to thinking that the word diet and wellness is not a short-term goal but must be adopted as part of our system. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. Your videos made such difference in my lifestyle.

Girl, I owe you a lot! I did this morning stretching every day in the last 3 months. Not only that it helped me to start the day with a positive vibe, but it corrected my back posture. If you are spending your whole day sitting on a chair, I truly recommend to do this workout in every morning. You will see a difference .

I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude. Thank you Joanna Soh for making this fantastic video. This wake up routine has become a part of my day everyday routine. It wakes me up, gets my blood circulating, and energizes me. From this routine I gain my power and motivation to write, do bigger workouts, or just start my day. It's been three months of watching this video every morning, now I input the routine into my interval app so it's more efficient to get in and out of it. But I do miss seeing and hearing Joanna. It was a bit tough at first but doable for me bc it's just for a short time. And five minutes are great to incorporate in my morning. Really liked this video.

Every time I think of working out and stretches, I keep coming back to this video. I LOVE it. Short, not too difficult but works lots of muscles, no crazy music, and it’s just great!! And I get sore muscles the next day… so it’s a workout too!
