Hi Schellea, I love doing your stretch routines in the morning to try and wake-up my body. Would love it if you designed a 10/15 minutes movement and stretch routine to get the blood flowing and wake-up aching joints 🤗

I added this on after the 5 minute warmup while still in my PJs, and had a great little kickstart to the day. Thank you! These stretches are great to do at my desk, too.

Hi Schellea thank you great stretch! If I could make a suggestion, it would really help if you would ring a bell or some kind of tone when we have to come up again from a stretch bending down, otherwise we have to keep craning our necks to see the screen.Thanks!

I just had to tell you at the end of May. I weighed 172 pounds. I didn’t measure my inches and I wish I did because that is a big difference as well. Still have a lot of belly fat sadly. But today on the scale, I weighed 150 pounds. Thank you so much for your videos and your dedication to women of my age. I hope you have an amazing day. God bless.

Really like the quick 5 minute video, but have to keep checking screen as no markers or instructions when you are onto the next move. Would be really helpful as can’t always face forward as some rooms lack of space. Thanks love your classes
