Thanks, you really are experienced about a malignant narcissist. It is a very terrible situation indeed. I get sick when around them, once I even took off running into the field when they walked in the house. I have to pray to God everyday.

I experienced a malignant narcissist at school and he manipulated almost everyone and made them believe him, and he used coercive control on his teacher and then they had to listen to him. I had to go through all this and I witnessed him threatening to harm his girlfriend, and he often hurts anyone close to him and anyone he loves and loves him.

My aunt said I deserved to get stolen from, slander and false accusations that was made about me . My aunt is a malignant narcissist .

My husband is and when I tried to leave he beat me so bad cracked my back and gave me 2blackeyes and I don’t know how I end up back with someone who could hurt me like that I’m afraid to try and end it I want a divorce I need help going back to the court’s that helped me the first time I’m a shame I went back to him after he beat me like that

From what I have observed, malignant narcissists are narcissists who have been exposed to severe mental / emotional trauma and have not gotten the proper psychological treatment to help themselves mentally and emotionally get better. What I believe happens is that when a narcissists ego undergoes severe trauma two things come into play > 1) the narcissist's ego and the narcissist's shame. Since narcissist's tend not to seek mental health treatment what I believe that happens to the narcissist's ego is the narcissist's sub-conscious coping mechanism deals with the trauma by transforming an already narcissistic ego into becoming narcissistic (malignant) superego (Freud theory) on the ego and superego). Conversely, as the malignant narcissist's ego get super-inflated the individual's subconscious tries to counter the malignant narcissist's superego by lowering the malignant's narcissist's tolerance to shame. In other words, what the malignant narcissist is is the have become a super narcissist (malignant) with zero tolerance for any kind of shame whatsoever. This theory explains why malignant narcissists have both zero tolerance for criticism and shame as the narcissist's internal subconscious checks for their ego and shame are completely out of balance with reality which is why malignant narcissists live in a false reality and tend to experience paranoia.

I found that when I was in Asia for 10+ years I also noticed that the Eastern culture was also highly narcissistic as well. I came to this conclusion when I observed that politicians and government officials would (100%) always resign from their political positions when caught cheating or involved in a government scam involving money and bribes.

Here's what helped me get through my exsperience with a malignant narcopath
Stop focusing on them abd turn the focus on your self, workout find yr passion eg dancing, singing, arts, don't ruminate about what thay did to u, , don't look back look forward always and keep moving forward later on find a way to express yr self yr exsperience with them by eg, writting a book, through music even art replace the thought of them with another thought anything just not them! Allso a form of anxiety medication helped Me at removing or clearing up the brain fog, , the sooner u can clear up the brainfog confusion the faster u yr mind will get clear and u will be able to see them for what thay are and except the truth about them and move forward and heal!!💖👍
