I dated a single mom.
She was beautiful.
I loved her daughter and treated her like she was my daughter.
She would leave us for days without calling to party.
When she came home she would go directly to bed for an entire day.
Her entitlement and expectations were unfathomable.
I was so brainwashed.
I felt like I could make her happy until I realized she wasn’t capable of feeling happy.
I was embarrassed about how much I had financially and emotionally invested in this relationship.
My family finally opened my eyes during the holidays.
An opportunity for my intervention was created when she suddenly left my family gathering.
It was the best thing to ever happen to me.
I felt like a spell had been broken.
I moved to a different city less than a month later.
I ran far.
I ran fast.
I’m so happy I got out.

From my heart, I would like to say thank you for helping out the human collective with all your knowledge and helping me out personally as well. ❤ I love your stories of how you graduated using each other as ways of acknowledging other behaviors and our own behaviors. behaviors. With this being said, you are absolutely right about people as such. I truly love you with everything that I am, and you are such a blessing for everyone in this World. Thank you for being here. I want you to understand in my situation…It’s the truth, however, there is something that comes between this acknowledgement of Malignant personality disorders that’s happening to me personally. It’s not the fault of the children when infact they have been literally poisoned during this whole experience. When I say literally? I mean literally, through most of this time. Especially now. I pray to God that this becomes something of the past. And in-fact, it will. And so it is. Happy Fourth of July with the family. I love you all so much! ❤

“They”. You know it doesn’t matter that narcissists do what they do. Everyone simply by virtue of being human makes serious mistakes. Narcissists make mistakes. Other people make different kinds of mistakes. There is no unique group with one particular label that is out there doing the sinning for everyone. That’s a false perspective. These diagnostic labels were intended for medical purposes to aid clinicians in providing medical treatment, not to whip up hatred of one particular group of people with a mental illness not of their choosing but the result of severe neglect and injury in childhood.
