I don’t know who will see this but PLEASE have more ABOVE the belt Christa/boxing workouts!! I have three degenerative discs in my lower back so I can no longer safely do KICKboxing....I can only do stationary/no-kick boxing. I love Christa’s workouts (thank you Christa!!) but I cannot do half of them because they are kick-based. PopSugar I would gladly love more traditional boxing workouts from either Christa or Deja or anyone. Thank you so much for providing quality, free workouts during the pandemic. It’s so helpful.

Love her workouts so much but I have issues with my wrists so I can't do any of the stuff on the floor- hoping for more all standing (or at least "non wrist") workouts in the future, luckily there are already some of hers which fit the bill. She is the only online trainer I really click with, love her style and attitude 😍

In June I decided to do more sport, so I did those Christa -workouts, I reduced suggar (already veggy since 20+years) and ate not more than 1200 kcal /d except when I worked out. I worked out 5-6days/week. I lost 11kg (was 65, goal is 51kg, height 164cm). I already feel great and fit.
Those workouts are really the best! Thanks so much for such great motivation!
I wish others too to find the motivation to do those workouts, they are just so great for your body and a healthy body keeps your mind clear for work and for caring for others!

This was such a tolerable but very effective workout! I love her energy and how she called us ninjas; she made me feel like I had superpowers haha. I would say you need to watch your form or else you will slightly pull muscles in your upper body. I overstretched something in my chest and back, so please take your time!

Love Christa's kickboxing workouts. They work me out both physically and mentally. Always feel so good after doing them, especially if I'm having an off day, it just lifts my depression and anxiety. Needs to be made a prescription 😍😍
