This workout is older but it’s a really fun sweat sesh. Kick boxing is my favourite form of cardio, plus it has an abs circuit. Perfect for me! Anna, please do more kick boxing workouts like this.

I really enjoyed this format of cardio/ab sections with no rest except 30 seconds between sections. Active cal 200. Great job Anna this was so fun & sweaty!

First time doing ur workouts and have just one word: WONDERFUL 👏 👏 👏. Admit I modified a few for my intermediate level but truly had fun and sweated buckets too 😅. First time doing the Jumping Jack-Knee-Kick combo and ❤️ it. Thanks for this great Monday workout!!!!
