This is a 25 minute yoga total body stretch class aimed to strengthen and to stretch your entire body in just 25 minutes. This is a perfect routine to start the day, or to practice at anytime in the day.

You'll learn to properly align your body to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain.

This is an awesome morning workout you can do to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.

Focus your mind, restore health and balance to your body and spirit.

i just finished the 8 minute breathing class today in the 2023 30 day yoga challenge and then did this video afterwards. Really needed this today and your guidance and instructing are very comforting and educational. Thank you Tim. Namaste

I liked the focus and versatility of these movements for a large range of different people! Keep up the great work, I'd like to see a similar lesson that incorporates (static) workout with the yoga stretching, cheers!

Nearly didn't do a yoga today, been busy gardening etc for the most part, but saw this class and now really pleased I spent 20minutes stretching with you. Perfect end of day!
