To everyone who might feel guilty about leaving out some vinyasas: I am a yoga teacher myself and if I don't feel like doing them, I'm just relaxing in downward dog. Listening to your body is the most important part of yoga!

That definitely reunited me with my body. Wow! What a yoga practice. I feel pleasantly exhausted after that one, also energised if that makes any sense what so ever? I really enjoyed this practice. I did find I got a little breathless at one point, but that is just because I've not long got over a cold, and it hit my lungs pretty bad. But yeah, I loved this yoga practice. I can't wait for tomorrows, see you then. Namaste. 🙏🧡

Very energizing practice. Keeping us moving. the time flew by. May 2024.

I realized the other day I have been practicing with Adrian for 12 years now. I couldn’t believe it. I have had stretches of not getting on my mat but yoga has become my place to enjoy and discover my body.
I have always carried a little more weight than I would like to and have not always appreciated my body. Yoga has helped me to strengthen and value how God made me. I feel much more comfortable with my earth suit these days.
Still looking forward to my glorified body.

My day 18 of Rekindle 🕯 Playing catch up after travelling in the countryside where it was isolated from internet and services. Really good! Got yo switch off and relax with the autumn sun, wildlife and a good book. 🍁🍂

Rekindle l 🦋❤️🦋 l Day - 17 l October 17, 2024 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! I always appreciate this refreshing session. My breath has deepened and my body is warm with lubricated cells, organs, muscles 💪🏿 and nerves. Now it's time for my personal yoga practice as I am instructing a kids' yoga class Tuesday. I'm also energized for a late evening run. 🏃🏿‍♀️ Best wishes everyone! 🦋❤️🦋

Struggled today, quite tired, but as a former comment said from a yoga teacher, don’t try to do all of the vinyasas and don’t feel guilty. Well, took her advice and feeling good ❤

This was a great little flow practice. I had trouble getting into my body because I had a monkey mind today but I did my best. I am defintely getting stronger in my body and mind. my flows felt strong and on the left twist my center was completely off! I litterally kept falling over. I just laughed and know that's where my body is today. But I'm proud of myself for going for it! To anyone who has a monkey mind like me - just keep going. Some days are easy and some are not. But that's life. And the days that aren't easy it's a wonderful time to challenge yourself to see if you can have grace, see if you can find a little ounce of confidence or whatever it is you are working on. I see you and I love you. Namaste.
