Completely Seated Full Chair Workout For Over 60s - No Equipment | More Life Health

Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) for this full chair workout for seniors (completely seated). Get stronger, improve your flexibility and fitness. Move better, feel better. This session goes for 40 minutes.

I prefer the longer format; my body feels more like it has been doing a sustained workout rather than a playlist sequence. Thank you for doing this one. I hope you will do some more of them!

This was a fantastic workout Mike. I prefer longer workouts like these so it feels like I put some real work in. PLEASE do more of these longer workouts for Seniors. Mike just made my life easier with a terrific 40 minute workout, now I don't have to piece together 3 or 4 of his shorter routines for our exercise classes, great work keeping us oldies moving

I'm 63 years old. I've been doing chair yoga and walking on the treadmill a couple of times a week for the past year. I just recently starting doing some of your chair exercise videos. They are perfect for me!

Loved this! I am a nurse and i play this video for my patients to do in their chair all the time while they are inpatient. Beats watching mindless TV all day. 🤗

I agree with Sandra. I like the longer workouts for seniors. It is a well paced workout, but I felt like a had a good workout. You do a wonderful job leading these workouts.

Was down with Covid for some weeks so this was my first day back. How wonderful to be using my muscles again and breathing and moving. Being away for a month seems to have affected my upper body strength. I will just have to work my way back up to using the muscles in my arm with no struggle. Thanks for these am happy to be working out with you again, Mike!! :)

I was getting extremely down as, because of heart problems and big weight gain during lockdowns felt was getting nowhere, then my son got your exercise programme up on my Ipad. Thankyou hardly expresses how grateful I am. Am feeling so much better already. THANKS

Thank you so much for doing these! My mom is 94, it's been a struggle trying to get her to move at all, so the seated exercises are just about right. We took a class at the local Senior Center called "A Matter of Balance", which was really good but involved too much standing for her. This way, she watches her game shows for a couple of hours, then I pull these up and she tends to follow along (grumbling a bit under her breath of course).
