Wow. This was a total burner. Those pulse moves! Loved the floating deadlift, row, knee up, overhead triceps move. The balance challenge is so awesome.

this is my first time using a pilates ball and omg i never knew it could be this challenging i loved it! i'm so glad that i was able to balance myself on one leg during the standing sequence, i never thought i could do it! tysm lindsay!

I'm in my second trimester and have been following the second trimester playlist (on my second time though). I was wanting something different and this looked like a great way to mix things up on a rainy Friday when all I wanted to do was sit on the couch and sip a cup of coffee! I had to change things up to accommodate my baby belly and by the end things were getting a bit too much for me, but it was nice to challenge myself in a different way. Thank you for putting all these workouts out there!
