Eating a meal by myself without any distraction would automatically put one on the path of meditation and it would definitely improve ones ability to focus at one thing at one time.

Well i read somewhere that our mind was not made for multitasking....while engaging in a work if you start thinking about something else you looke focus, productivity and staying focus in one work at a time is a great way of meditation

This has simplified the process of meditation nicely. And about being in the present is one thing that so many people including myself are finding quite difficult. Even now when I was watching the video and was trying to be in the moment but when Guruji shared about having meal by himself, I was kind of went into imagination and doing the same thing but then I realised that right now I am watching video not having meal.
