I’m 11 yrs old doing this with my Grandmother.And I have troubles relaxing and have anxiety.But this was very helpful for me .Thankyou

Thank you, I am able to breath, relax and really enjoy the moment. Not complaining at all, but it is very hard to stay focused, breath and not worry about something 🙃
