Grab a single hand towel for this post workout, total body stretch routine that's short and sweet and can be done anywhere (no floor work or mat required).

Level: All

Equipment: One hand towel (use a longer towel to make the stretches easier if necessary)

Intensity: Low

Stretch and relieve tension in the muscles of the upper back, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, calves, hips and more.

Just exactly what I needed today (it’s uncanny how often that happens!)...getting over being sick this week. This was perfect and gentle.
I would love to see a future video of yoga/stretch for when you are coming down or just getting over a cold, especially as we come into cold season.
Peanut looks perfectly relaxed as usual!

Now that I am working from home full-time because of COVID-19, this is the perfect stretch and "brain break" to mix into my work day! It is a new challenge to be at the computer all day from home and this stretch routine is a game changer for my body and mind. Thank you Jessica!

I really needed this. I went to bed last night in pain and woke up this morning in pain. I thought I would have to skip my workout today, but I can now do my workout (nothing to intense). Thanks.

Great little stretch after HIIT workout. I actually used my stretch band - as it was nearby, doubling it up for most of the stretches. Thank you Jessica x

Today is day 1 of #FallChallenge! I started with 30min Cardio Core, then 15min Jump Start Cardio and finished off with this nice stretch!
