I really like the eight minute length for a cool down. Sometimes five minutes goes bye too fast😊.

I really enough your cooldown stretches. I find others I watch have too complex stretches for a body that is already too tight and sore to bend properly. Your cooldowns are simple and easy to follow even for the most unfit self. Thank you!
