Love this workout! I ve been doing it consistente two times a week fot two months with 2kg weights. Recently I started doing two rounds since it got easier. In the future when also two rounds will get easier I plan doing it with heavier weights. I love it because it involvea different muscles, I can see some definition coming out. also the music is very nice! Thank you

Ever thought about doing chair exercises? I have sprained my ankle so can’t put much weight on it right now but I gotta exercise….❤ I did sit in a chair to do this video.
