Get ready to open and strengthen your entire body in this full-body mobility flow. Using moves designed to improve your joint's ability to move actively through a range of motion, this workout video will improve your movement quality, performance in athletic activities, functional fitness (aka your ability to perform well in life), and your body awareness. You are going to feel so good by the time we've completed this full-length full-body mobility flow. These exercises helped me personally recover from a back injury and restore my body's agility. I practice all of these moves regularly and am a big fan of incorporating videos like this into your weekly fitness programming often for optimal results from training.

Mobility is the foundation—without it, you won't be able to jump, run or move without pain. Incorporating these full-body movements translates to a greater range of motion and overall well-being. When you can take your muscles through various ranges of motion while properly breathing, your nervous system grants greater access to strength and power. Prepare to liberate your movement!

A few things to note before we begin: I highly recommend performing this video barefoot if possible. This will help you connect to your body and get the most out of the routine. Second, this video is intermediate/advanced. I want to encourage you to try it with an open mindset! Have a sense of humor and don't take it too seriously. Anyone who was ever good at anything sucked at it in the beginning. In order to improve you must try! So try! And show yourself compassion if it gets hard. With practice, you can progress and I'm here to help you do it. Third: we only do each exercise one time. We will perform each exercise for 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise.

Okay, this was the video for today on the Jan fitness calendar. When you said in the intro, “This is a more advanced workout…” I immediately thought, nah, I think I’ll go back and do one of the days I missed this past weekend. Then I thought to myself, just try it. I’m so glad I did!!! I could clearly see the strength I have gained over the past two years. I not only did the video, I enjoyed it! Thank you, Caroline for your encouraging workout videos!

I love your workouts! I discovered your hurt foot workouts when I had a foot injury and got hooked by your positive energy, authenticity and excellent exercises. This workout was great in re-tuning my body while strengthening it. Keep making these videos!

Did this one for the 2nd time. Gets better each time. Kept my toes pointed instead of flexed for the one legged step up. Major challenge. Totally awesome. Last 3 stretches at the end, totally are the best stretches ever. will pass on to my young adult kiddos who are active with volleyball and swimming. As always, love the calendar and being a patreon.

Okay, I did it! Yes, it was challenging, and I couldn't wait for that 45 minutes to be done, but as I'm finding out with all of Caroline's videos, and as Caroline always says, I am capable of more than I think.
