Thank you boho beautiful! Life changeing transformation has happend. I am a mother of a two children and for 5 years I couldn't imagine that can get again in shape. I started intensive workouts for 4 monthd. I exersize literally every morning and do the splits few times a week in the evenings. Since then I have losed almost 10kg and gained power to go threw exersizes without a brake. I cant wait next morning becouse of your yoga practise. I plan to gain whole splits in 3 months, FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. And now eat almost only plantfood and feel much greater than ever before. I had bad back pains previously which is the reason why I started to follow the Boho. Even thow I do the same sitting work 8hours a day and drive car each day 2, 5h still now the back is not hurting any more! THANK YOU, YOU ARE SO IMPORTANT!

One of my favourite workout so far❤ I've been trying to exercise for so long, but I've always failed, I hated all these cardio, intense workout, fat killer and so on : D When I found your yoga workout I thought: that's it!! It's exactly what I want to practise, it makes me so relaxed, peace and so strong and now I know I don't give up with exercising because it's so pleasing! I really like it I don't have to push myself to do it, even I can't wait to do my yoga practise in the evening after whole day of studying, it's the best part of my day when I devote my time only to my body and mind. Very excited. I've been doing your workouts almost every day now for about a month, starting with the leg slimming challenge and now on the ab challenge. Though it's subtle I can definitely see more definition and muscle tone, but most importantly, I feel a significant difference in my strength and endurance, and it makes me feel very powerful.
