My own fitness journey was so similar! Seeing transformation like this reminds me how valuable the fun fit book has been for guidance.

Dude I started my journey trying to lose weight on my own from 330. I got down 24lbs over a year because I didn’t know what the hell I was doing and I kept stopping and starting again. I started crossfit 08/2022 at 306. Now I’m at 265 and going. Loving losing this weight and I can’t wait to see what I look like at the 1 year mark. Watching you makes me extra motivated!

Congrats. I didn't really get to looking good until I actually took my fitness journey seriously. I let myself go during the pandemic, and am now bigger (muscularity wise) than ever. I eat clean(er) than before and workout consistently. Consistency and keeping yourself accountable while not letting the bad days get to you, you can achieve true success. Congrats bro 💪

I’m was at 268 now I’m at 237. The crazy part is that it was all Mental for me. I’m bipolar 1 so sometimes I’m so disciplined that I went all the way down to 185. But when the lows start to happen it feels like I have a backpack full of rocks. Everything feels heavy. My body aches. 0 motivation. No energy. Now over these years I know what to expect and what’s going on. I plan to get down to 185 again. But as long as my mental health is fine. I’m ok with being a (little) overweight. Props to you for hitting your goal G.👍🏽💪🏽

I've always weighed around 175 pounds. In 2018 my little brother and my dad both died and I went into a deep depression. From 2019 to 2023 I gained 140 pounds. I just went to the doctor today and I weighed 312 pounds.

It is embarrassing and it makes me so frustrated.

I appreciate your fitness journey. I hope I can become dedicated enough to lose 100 pounds in the next year. Thanks for the inspiration!

I am on a similar journey. Lost 73 pounds so far. Had a few months in between with depression. I really want to join the fire academy and I just found out I’m having my 3rd child. Gotta do this for them and I gotta do this for myself. Very inspirational! Let’s Go !

I am so beyond proud of you! All of your hard work and consistency paid off!! I'm going on my 3rd month of my weight-loss journey. Right now mentally, its hard because if I have something unhealthy it makes me think in my head that I just gained the 20 pounds I lost. One day at a time! Journaling and meditation definitely helps! This gets me pumped and inspired. Thanks for sharing!

Successful people are not successful because they never failed. They're successful because they never gave up. Great job!

I am so glad I stumbled upon your video. I got sick in 2018 and had to take an enormous amount of steroids and I ended up being 348 lbs. I started my weight loss journey and lost 40 lbs but my mum died in July 2021 and I just gave up and got in a very dark and depressed place. I am still very much in a dark place of grief, but one big motivational point for me is that my mum wouldn't have wanted me to be like this and be unhealthy. This video made me believe I can do it. Thanks for posting. I am trusting the process.

You look great. Congratulations. You're an amazing young man. I too lost 100 lbs. in only 9 months at 54 years of age last year and it completely changed my life. I completely know what it does to you including inner confidence and energy that won't quit but most importantly what it does to you mentally and spiritually as well. Unless you've lost that much weight through nothing but exercise and no special diet, you would never understand what losing 100 lbs. that quickly does to you. It's was a complete roller coaster of a ride but in the end...not too many people can say they lost that much weight in one year from 100% pure determination to not quit along that way. Congratulations on your success. Hopefully someday I can share my story with you. Johnnie V
